Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

You can purchase a new, sealed lock at from us and no one else will have a key to that lock. We offer a variety of sizes and types of locks, and to ensure the highest level of security, we highly recommend the purchase of a disc lock, also known as a cylinder lock

What are the payment terms?

Mighty Mack Storages wants to make your storage experience stress-free, including paying your bill. We offer the convenience of an onsite “drop box” or mailing in your payment. We will be offering online one time payments and the option to set up reoccurring payments very soon.

Do I need insurance for my stored goods?

Yes, you are responsible for those items you store at Mighty Mack Storage and insurance for those items is recommended. You can get affordable self-storage insurance at many local insurance companies.

Do I need to give you a notice when I am ready to move out?
